Responsibilities
- Provide administrative support to the IC Public-Private Talent Exchange (PPTE) Program
- Track program status and metrics
- Perform general research on private industry organizations
- Use customer tools to vet private industry partners
- Review and process IC nominations to participate in PPTE
- Periodically update user guides, SOPs, and other program documentation
- Create talking points and briefing slides for program leadership
- Interface with all 18 IC agencies as well as private industry partners
- Coordinate and participate in IC meetings, industry day expos, and other outreach events
- Assist with developing program policies and guidance
Qualifications
- BA/BS and 3+ years of experience or no degree and 9 years of experience
- TS/SCI with Poly level clearance
- Strong oral and written communications and presentation skills.
- Familiarity with program management processes including status reporting, performance metrics, action item management, and lessons learned recommendations
- Proficient with Microsoft Office suite, especially PowerPoint and Excel

Target Salary Range
$112,000 - $179,000. This represents the typical salary range for this position based on experience and other factors.
