Sunray Media Consultants, a growing advertising and marketing agency in Miami-Fort Lauderdale, is seeking a talented and passionate individual to join our team! This role offers a unique blend of creative design and strategic social media management, with a 75% remote work schedule (Monday-Friday, 9am-5pm) and 25% travel required to client locations in South Florida for photo & video shoot campaigns. (Occasional weekend shoots may also be required.) Must live in South Florida to apply.
In this role, you'll be responsible for:
Graphic Design & Website Development:
- Creating stunning visuals for social media posts, website banners, logos, and other marketing materials for our diverse clientele across various industries (hospitality, legal services, medical practices, and more). (Website development & logos will be focused on new client acquisition)
- Required experience in website design, banners, and logo creation.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop is a must!)
- Familiarity with Midjourney and Canva is a plus.
Social Media Management:
- Crafting compelling captions and copy to drive engagement and brand awareness across various social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube Stories, etc.) for our diverse clientele.
- Develop and schedule at least 100 engaging social media posts per month (posts, stories, reels, ads) utilizing relevant hashtags to maximize reach. Utilize Loomly, a social media management platform, to streamline content creation and scheduling.
- Staying up-to-date with the latest social media trends and utilizing analytics tools to measure performance and optimize campaigns.
- Responding professionally to social media messages in a timely manner.
Travel & Client Immersion:
- Travel to client locations throughout South Florida is a required part of this role (25%).
- You'll have the opportunity to immerse yourself in our clients' businesses (hospitality, legal services, medical practices, etc.) to capture authentic content for their social media and marketing campaigns. This may involve assisting with setup, props, and interacting with clients on-site.
Schedule:
Monday - Friday, 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM (occasional weekend shoots may be required).
Qualifications:
- Visual Storytelling: Experience with photography, videography, and/or AI art generation tools (like Midjourney) to create impactful content.
- Client Focus: Passion for learning and growth within a dynamic agency, with a strong interest in client immersion. Ability to create client-facing campaign reports.
- Content Creation: Proven ability to craft compelling captions and copy for social media copy (understand marketing & branding).
- Social Media Expertise: Up-to-date knowledge of social media trends, platforms (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok) and best practices, including utilizing relevant hashtags.
- Communication & Collaboration: Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Ability to multi-task, meet deadlines, and thrive in a remote work environment.
- Project Management: Strong organizational skills with a commitment to delivering error-free work.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in content creation tools like Canva and Photoshop, as well as social media management platforms like Loomly.
- Must live in South Florida to apply.
Bonus Skills:
- Visual Storytelling: AI art generation tools (like Midjourney) to create impactful content.
- Additional Languages: Bilingualism is a plus.
