Job description
Providing counseling/social services and work with patients on the inpatient psychiatric unit.
In this role, you will be responsible for the following:
Diagnosis and treatment of patients dealing with mental emotional disorders who are in crisis.
Manage a caseload of assigned patients
Facilitation of individual and group therapy sessions (psychoeducational, process, CBT, DBT, anger management, etc.)
Treatment plan development and weekly treatment team meetings
Discharge planning
Clinically sound and timely documentation (clear and concise notes)
Minimum Requirements
Experience with: Diagnosis and treatment of mental emotional and addiction issues.
REQUIRED: Licensed in the State of Ohio as an LSW/LISW or LPC/LPCC.
Three Years experience working in mental health preferred.
Minimum of a Masters degree in Social work or Counseling with unencumbered social work or counseling license in the state of Ohio.
