Matador Construction is looking to add an Office Administrator to join our growing team and help keep our office running smoothly. The ideal candidate for this position will have excellent organizational skills, be able to multitask and prioritize tasks, and have strong communication skills. The Office Administrator will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of the office, including scheduling meetings, handling customer inquiries, and providing administrative support to the staff.
Responsibilities:
- Manage the day-to-day operations of the office.
- Answer phone calls for new jobs
- Organize and maintain files and records.
- Daily QuickBooks entries
- Assist with Payroll and HR task
- Manage details of multiple projects.
- Adhere to both budgetary and time constraints.
- Schedule meetings and appointments.
- Ability to import notes, pictures and documents, etc
- Collections after projects are complete.
- Handle incoming and outgoing emails.
- Experience in construction is perferred.
- Bilingual is perferred
- Knowledge in Xatimate and quickbooks is a plus
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $20.00 - $26.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
Schedule:
- 4 hour shift
- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
- No nights
- No weekends
Experience:
- Administrative experience: 5 years (Required)
- Microsoft Office: 5 years (Required)
- Construction: 3 years (Required)
