As an ITAVI Private Sessions Childcare Coordinator you represent our brand in the communities where we offer childcare services. You are the face of itavi, representing our values, method and practice of childcare.
Required Skills

Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and manage all private childcare sessions.
- Provide guidance and leadership to your team, encourage staff to evolve, learn and take ownership during each session.
- Give the staff on the team the tools to bring their best selves to the childcare sessions.
- Schedule of Mzee’s (Childcare Professionals) for 1:1 sessions.
- Manage and learn 7 shifts platform (7Shifts & 7 Punches).
- Maintain updated availability information for all Childcare Professionals (1:1 Sessions).
- Provide data/analytics so we can understand the flow of the business (weekly update recaps of sessions, hours, environment updates, etc).
- Notify/confirm with parents 24 hrs. prior to the beginning of scheduled sessions.
- Complete 1-2 private childcare sessions and Kids’ Club shifts during the 2 week training period and during the specified high peak session.
- Manage and update real time upcoming sessions sheets.
- Contact parents/clients within 1 hour of receiving intake.
- Staff sessions accordingly with childcare professionals.
- Email Intake forms to childcare professionals once session has been confirmed (payment received).
- Advise Ayana/Paulette when invoices need to be emailed.
- After the childcare service, send a follow up survey to parents.
- Learn and understand itavi where the properties/partners are, and what makes each unique.
- Know itavi mission, method, process and goals.
- Acknowledge session organization linked with payroll.
- Identify potential candidates through hiring channels, screen, interview and participate in the on-boarding and training process for staff.
- Lead virtual training sessions/seminars, as needed.
- Provide administrative support to the office and management team.
- Coordinate projects and tasks as assigned by supervisors.
- Respond to hotel inquiries from concierge staff and hotel partners.
- Perform engagement/marketing with the hotel concierge team, and front desk partnership with lead Child Care Provider.
- Need to keep flexible hours/schedule-this position is primarily remote.
- Keep an open daily schedule of 8am-8pm to review and respond to intake forms, and to take care of all responsibilities outlined in this description.
Compensation:
- Salary based on 40 hours per week. $40,000 -$45,000, considering increasing** based on experience and candidate expertise.
- 5 personal days, management approval needed, days available in a calendar year, and do not roll over.
- Schedule: Wednesday-Sunday and two weekend days off per month (not in same weekend, approval needed)
- Peak times for scheduling: November, December, February, March, April, May, June, July.
- Healthcare details to roll out Q1 2024.
