Job Overview:
We are seeking an Office Services / Fulfillment Coordinator to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the delivery of AIAG products, supply inventory, office maintenance and fulfillment duties.
*Customer Service, shipping and/or Purchasing experience is REQUIRED*
Duties:
- Coordinating maintenance and upkeep of equipment and office
- Experience with UPS system is required
- Handing customer issues and returns
- Set up and maintain classrooms/ conference rooms
- Cater management - order, set up and clean up catering for classes, meetings and events
- Contract and communicate with outside services for office repairs/maintenance
**PAY STARTING AT $20.00+ (Negotiable D.O.E) **
Experience:
