CNC Maintenance Mechanic
Summary: The Maintenance Mechanic is responsible for maintaining all production equipment and facilities, including the ability to troubleshoot, repair, install, adjust, modify, and service using electrical/mechanical knowledge and expertise. Lead and instruct other mechanics on tasks and repairs of equipment and facility per instruction of Maintenance Manager.
Responsibilities of the Maintenance Mechanic include:
· Troubleshoot equipment to identify issues within the plant and take necessary corrective actions to repair, replace or rebuild.
· Perform mechanical and electrical maintenance as scheduled on all equipment
· Inspect, lubricate and make adjustments or repairs as needed.
· Perform PMs and other Maintenance tasks as assigned.
· Uphold assigned job duties, prioritize workload, develop realistic action plans while keeping quality in mind to meet productivity standards
· Follow all Environmental, Health & Safety rules and regulations
· Follow Lockout/Tag out Safety policy and good manufacturing practice
· Facility repair such as painting, construction, roofing, ect
Requirements/Qualifications:
· 2 years of experience working as a Maintenance Mechanic.
· Ability to work independently with minimal Supervisory.
· Must have strong knowledge of Mechanical, Electrical, and Hydraulic systems.
· Technical knowledge including, but not limited to; plumbing, electrical, hydraulics, pneumatics and welding strongly preferred
· Ability to read Electrical and Hydraulic prints
· Strong Hydraulics Knowledge Required
· Die casting Experience strongly preferred
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $40.00 - $45.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
