Job Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated Personal Assistant to provide administrative support and assistance to our team. The ideal candidate will be highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to handle a variety of tasks efficiently
Duties:
- Manage and maintain the executive's Outlook calendar, scheduling appointments and meetings
- Must be good with math.
- Coordinate travel arrangements, both domestic and international
- Assist in event planning and coordination
- Handle phone systems, screening calls, and taking messages
- Perform project coordination tasks as assigned
- Maintain office organization and filing systems
- Utilize QuickBooks for basic financial tasks
- Provide clerical support such as typing, copying, and scanning documents
- Offer exceptional customer service to clients and guests
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Personal Assistant or similar role
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel)
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Familiarity with QuickBooks is a plus
- Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality
