Job Summary
We are seeking a talented Leasing Professional to join our thriving team! The Leasing Professional is responsible for creating and maintaining successful relationships with current residents and closing rental inquiries efficiently.

Key Responsibilities
- Present properties and provided amenities in a positive light to prospective residents to help secure rental agreement.
- Advertise available properties using a variety of media and promotional materials to help secure quick rentals of all properties.
- Determine the needs, living standards, and economic viability of customers in order to match those needs to a property.
- Confirm rental application data and personal references to ensure accuracy
- Negotiate leasing terms and conditions and close the deal.
- Ensure proper maintenance and inspect properties periodically to maintain our level of company standards.
- Tour prospects.
- Be an expert on all available products at the property.
- Be the face of Spaxel at the property addressing resident inquiries as they come up
- Handle move-in and move-out tasks.
- Serve as the first point of contact for all inbound resident inquiries, responding to all resident inquiries in a timely manner via email and phone.
- Draw on the broad knowledge of the property and services to address resident issues, often working closely with the Field Services, Legal, and Finance teams to resolve issues and relay important information to residents.
- Manage communications around resident onboarding and offboarding.
- Play a critical role in completing the feedback loop between residents and the Design, Construction, and Senior leadership teams.
- Support the Real Estate and Leasing teams in coordinating tours for prospective partners
- Assist the Property Manager as needed.
Job Requirements
- Working knowledge of real estate law in GA and leasing practices.
- Ability to use computer programs such as Microsoft Office, Excel, and Publisher (Excel & Google Sheets knowledge is a must).
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- At least 1 year of leasing experience.
- Excellent written & verbal skills.
- Customer service & Property Management sales background preferred.
- Able and willing to work weekends.
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Possess the ability to connect with a variety of personalities on the phone, in-person & Zoom video.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour
