Essential Job Functions
- Work closely with our Enterprise Application Manager, oversee the Yardi property management system, ensuring its optimal performance and utilization.
- Maintain a thorough understanding of the Yardi database structure, application integrations, and YardiOne platform.
- Provide ongoing application support, addressing issues and queries related to Yardi. Contribute to the training and development of end-users via the Rose Learning Center to enhance their proficiency in using Yardi.
- Assist in the implementation of new Yardi modules, ensuring they align with business needs and enhance the renter experience.
- Work closely with real estate application vendors to ensure seamless integration with the Yardi system.
- Collaborate with various departments to identify and implement software changes that improve business processes.
- Successful management and optimization of the Yardi property management system. This includes minimal downtime, efficient handling of updates or upgrades, and ensuring the system runs smoothly and reliably.
- Successfully train and support to improve user proficiency in utilizing Yardi. Gauge measurable outcomes to include reduced user error rates, positive feedback from users, and decreased need for repetitive support on the same issues.
- Successfully implement new Yardi modules or integrations, while meeting project deadlines, staying within budget, and achieving the desired outcomes in terms of improved functionality or efficiency.
- Maintain positive and productive relationships with vendors and achieve seamless integration of Yardi with other real estate applications, while reducing recurring issues and aiming for quicker resolution times.
- Demonstrate an ability to continuously identify and implement improvements in business processes related to Yardi, including, but not limited to reducing costs and increasing user satisfaction.
- Staying informed about the latest developments in property management software and technology, and assessing how these can be applied to enhance the Yardi system.
- Must be present on-site and be able to move throughout the building to address Yardi related maters, including exceptional communication skills to meet with on and off-site staff.
- Position may be required to perform duties outside their normal responsibilities as needed.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business, or a related field or equivalent experience in training and development, particularly in a property management with a focus on Yardi.
- Deep understanding (5+ years) of Yardi – NY, RentCafe, Affordable module experience, NY Module DHCR. Property management and/or Yardi Voyager experience required.
- Strong understanding of additional Yardi modules (P2P, Budgeting, Commercial, etc.)
- Strong understanding of real estate technology applications.
- Excellent problem-solving and customer service skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively and communicate effectively with team members and stakeholders.
- Familiarity with software project management and implementation.
- Knowledge of real estate management processes and financial reporting requirements.
- Proficiency in navigating computers and community management software, to include Microsoft Office, various property management software, specifically Yardi.
- Work authorization (required).
In addition to base compensation, incentive pay and full benefits packages are available.

Pay: $120,000.00 - $140,000.00 per year
