We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Small Engine Mechanic to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong ability to diagnose and repair small engines, maintain equipment, and provide exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Diagnostic and Repair: Accurately diagnose issues with small engines and perform necessary repairs, including cleaning carburetors and rebuilding engines.
- Customer Service: Deliver outstanding customer service by addressing customer needs and concerns promptly and professionally.
- Marketing Support: Assist in promoting the company’s services through various marketing activities.
- Communication: Answer phone calls and respond to inquiries in a courteous and professional manner.
- Shop Maintenance: Assist with general tasks around the shop to ensure a clean and organized work environment.
- Vehicle Maintenance: Maintain the cleanliness and condition of the company vehicle.
- Physical Requirements: Must be capable of lifting 50 lbs or more.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Small Engine Mechanic or similar role.
- Strong diagnostic and repair skills for small engines.
- Excellent customer service and communication abilities.
- Ability to handle physical tasks, including lifting heavy objects.
- Basic marketing knowledge is a plus.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $10.00 - $18.00 per hour

- 10 hour shift
- 12 hour shift
- 8 hour shift
- Every weekend
- Monday to Friday
- Nights as needed
- Night shift
- Overtime
- Rotating weekends
- Weekends as needed
- Year round work
