Overview:
The Occupational Health LPN/RN at Medical Associates of Northwest Arkansas delivers vital healthcare services in workplace settings.
This person will perform routine medical screenings, administer vaccinations, and help manage occupational injuries and illnesses. Key responsibilities include maintaining accurate health records, supporting wellness programs, and assisting with training clinical staff. LPN/RN collaborate with physicians, safety officers, and compliance officers to promote a safe work environment and ensure compliance with health regulations.
Additionally, the LPN/RN assists the Clinical Training Specialist with clinical checkoffs and providing CPR training to employees, enhancing the overall health and safety knowledge within the organization.
Occasionally travels to different clinical locations.

Responsibilities:
- Coordinate with New-Hires to obtain Occupational Health Documentation.

Accurately document and file Occupational Health Documents.

Place orders for Pre-employment testing/screening based on New-Hire documentation and clinical judgment.

Administer vaccinations and/or lab draws.

Conduct N-95 fit testing.

Provide supervision at flu clinics and health screenings as needed.
Qualifications:
- Current LPN License and Current CPR License
