MUST HAVE CURRENT CAM License.
CCM is looking for an experienced CAM Manager who is knowledgeable of community governing documents, articles of incorporation, bylaws, rules, and regulations as well as Florida Statutes 718 & 720, and other applicable laws.
In addition to supervising day-to-day association operations and managing key dates criteria you will:
- Create and follow-up work orders, violations, and modifications requests.
- Attend Board meetings including Budget and Annual Meetings.
- Prepare written weekly report detailing accomplishment and activities.
- Conduct routine inspections of property to identify necessary repairs and maintenance that should be reported to The Board of Directors for the community.
- Make recommendations for short- and long-term property improvements and maintenance projects.
- Perform / Direct administrative and management duties as requested by the Board of Directors and in accordance with the management agreement.
- Assist residents with work order or other service requests.
A bachelor's degree (B.A. or B.S.) in business or related field from a four-year college or university, or equivalent combination of education and experience is preferred.
- You must have a strong management background.
- Three (3) years of experience as a Community Association Manager.
- Must be able to multi-task.
- Must be computer literate.
- Strong working knowledge of TOPS & Microsoft products.
Salary: $65,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
