TECHNOLOGY & MARKETING COORDINATOR
As an Agent Technology & Marketing Coordinator (internally: Agent Services Coordinator) you are a liaison and concierge to our real estate agent clients. You are professional, personable and have an aptitude for technology and marketing. You love to share that knowledge with others and will spend the majority of your time in an agent-facing capacity where your technology and marketing support is key to their success by helping them learn how to leverage our Keller Williams’ industry-leading technology and marketing platforms.
Responsibilities:
- Master Keller Williams' technology and educate agents on our products and programs to enable best business practices in a competitive landscape
- Proactively assist all agents so they may achieve positive business outcomes using our software and services.
- Drive agent software and program engagement by teaching them to become power users
- Welcome new agents by conducting onboarding sessions and jump-start marketing for individual agents and teams
- Assist agents with the creation of marketing templates
- Check-in with agents consistently to ensure a smooth and seamless experience with KW software and systems
- Conduct in-person product and software training and meetings with agents as needed
- Work proactively to identify agent needs and develop solutions with the help of KW resources
- Document and continuously improve best practices and resources
- Work with leadership and other team members on priority projects
- Troubleshoot issues related to marketing tools, and technology
- Work collaboratively with other team members to ensure office upkeep as needed and help visitors feel welcome in our space
- Manage and maintain Social Media Presence for the Market Center
- Attract and Retain agent base with the leadership team
- Business development & coaching for new & existing agents
About You:
- 1-2 years previous experience in agent service, client success or client relationship management (Preferred)
- Experience in providing administrative support in a professional work environment
- Strong written, verbal communication and presentation skills
- Extraordinary listening skills with a flexible and adaptable mindset
- Multi-tasking down to a science
- Interest in new software and cutting-edge programs in the larger real estate landscape
- Excitement for learning and teaching new systems (previous experience in real estate and/or technology a plus)
- Strong problem solving and analytical skills that allow you to quickly formulate solutions and deliver real business value
- Proactive and resourceful
- An eye for strong visual representation
- Integrity, excellent customer service skills and a warm and friendly personality
Qualifications
- High School Degree
- BS in Business, Marketing, or related Field (Preferred)
- Software Knowledge Required: MS Office Suite; Adobe Acrobat; Social Media platforms, Adobe InDesign (a plus)
