Key position functions include:
- Develop, implement and execute recruiting plans and strategize ways to build talent pipeline
- Network with industry contacts using both traditional and nontraditional resources, such as memberships, associations, social media and job fairs to identify and attract quality candidates
- Create partnerships with colleges, universities and vocational schools to leverage candidate pool
- Partner with Hiring Manager to develop job descriptions
- Assist with development and coordination of orientation process
- Assist with “Temporary Employee” needs as requested
- Provide a positive candidate experience through communication and timely feedback
- Assist with development and communication of HR policies
Preferred candidates will possess a combination of the following:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or similar.
- Minimum of two years of full cycle recruiting in an Oil & Gas environment is preferred
- Strong working knowledge of MS Office applications
- Well organized and self-motivated
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- A sense of urgency and ability to multi-task
- Previous experience with Applicant Tracking System; UltiPro Preferred
- A commitment to workplace health and safety
