Duties:
- Perform routine maintenance tasks, including troubleshooting, repairs, and preventative maintenance on various equipment and systems.
- Fabricate and install new equipment or parts as needed.
- Utilize a Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS) to track work orders, document maintenance activities, and manage inventory.
- Respond to maintenance requests from customers and provide excellent customer service.
- Supervise and coordinate the work of other maintenance technicians.
- Provide leadership and guidance to ensure efficient and effective maintenance operations.
Skills:
- Strong technical skills in mechanical, electrical, and/or plumbing systems.
- Proficient in using CMMS software for work order management and inventory control.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to diagnose and resolve maintenance issues.
- Strong communication skills to interact with customers and team members effectively.
- Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Leadership skills to supervise and coordinate the work of other technicians.
