Elements Massage Scottsdale East is looking for a hands-on, sales minded, numbers driven, outgoing, team building manager to join our team as the Studio General/Operations Manager.

Responsibilities include coaching staff during the day to day operations of selling therapeutic massage services and memberships for our Elements Wellness Membership Program. Our business growth model is based on membership sales and member retention, by providing a flawless guest experience every time.
**Candidates must have significant experience in sales, operations and employee management.**
*Qualified candidates will have at least four years management experience for a minimum of 15 employees, along with sales and customer service experience in a busy environment.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Responsible for all aspects of running a studio of 12-20 employees which includes massage therapists and front desk under corporate guidelines.
- Consistent in growing KPI's to meet and exceed studio goals with attention to regional metrics
- Train and hold accountable all employees to follow our high quality service path to ensure a positive client experience.
- Regular performance evaluations and continued coaching for both front desk and massage therapists.
- Empower all employees through delegating, mentoring and standardization of policy and procedure for collaborative growth of business objectives
- Implement training for new services and procedures.
- Handle all recruiting, hiring, terminating, disciplinary actions and performance improvement plans.
- Maintain all aspects of inventory including but not limited to sheet inventory, ordering supplies, organizing and purchasing while keeping costs in mind for monthly budgets
- Communicate regularly and effectively with owners to discuss KPI's. performance and goals***
- Spa management experience highly desirable but not required***
DAILY OPERATIONS:
- Create a warm, inviting environment for staff and clients.
- Track Elements Wellness Program direct debit information and follow up with delinquent accounts.
- Follow-up with members who have not been in the studio for over 4 weeks to ensure that they are not building up too many sessions on their accounts.
- Track staff weekly/monthly sales performance
- Create a Studio Team Environment
An average work week is 45 hours. A manager is expected to be flexible with their schedule which would include days, mid shift, evenings and weekends.

QUALIFICATIONS
- Operations Management/Sales experience (4+ Years Required)
- Spa management experience a Plus but not required
- Customer service (5+ Years)
- Computer proficiency-Microsoft Office, Word, Excel
- Retail or massage industry experience, a plus+
- Web-based scheduling, a plus+
- Attention to detail and ability to grow the business is essential
- Ability to remain flexible in a constantly changing environment
- Must be available to work days, evenings and weekends.
Salary: Up to $72K including Yearly Bonus + Commission Opportunity
