Be Well Primary Care has experienced phenomenal growth since being founded in 2017, pushing us to review our internal business needs. We are looking to add a Chief Operating Officer to our team. Be Well has multiple practices located throughout Dallas/Fort Worth and surrounding areas and is continuing to grow.

We are looking for an experienced Chief Operating Officer to join our growing Primary Care Practice Team. Our Chief Operating Officer requires the ability to balance the daily goals with the larger strategic vision of the company. A comprehensive knowledge of Primary Care Practice operations and supporting departments for multi-site clinics is required.
We are seeking candidates for the position of Chief Operating Officer (COO)
The Primary Objective of the Chief Operations Officer (COO) is to support the Chief Medical Officer (CMO) and Chief Executive Officer (CEO) to establish short-term objectives and long-range goals, and related plans, focusing on enhancing operational procedures for optimal efficiency. Analytical rigor, fact-based problem-solving and strategic planning are a necessity. The successful Candidate will be responsible for analyzing business metrics and data to improve operational performance. This role involves collecting, interpreting, and presenting data to identify trends, forecast outcomes, and recommend strategic actions. The COO works closely with cross-functional teams to ensure accurate reporting and data-driven insights are used to achieve business goals. Primary objective of the COO will be to ensure smooth operations across the company and put in cadence and processes in place to get us ready to scale rapidly.
Role and Responsibilities:
- Work with executives to establish short-term objectives and long-range goals, and related plans, while maintaining continuous understanding and awareness of the business, addressing issues proactively.
- Collect and analyze business metrics from various sources, including phone systems, EMR and other sources.
- Identify trends, patterns, and anomalies in data and recommend modifications.
- Roll-up sleeves and execute recommended modifications either individually or working with the team.
- Develop and maintain dashboards and reports to monitor key performance indicators (KPIs)
- Work with cross-functional teams, including operations, finance, marketing, and sales, to understand business needs and gather relevant data.
- Make decisions to impact positive change without negative impact to financials.
- Lead and manage the day-to-day operations with Lead for Clinical Operations, Billing and other teams and ensure smooth operations within each location.

Education and Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in business, Economics, Data Science or Healthcare Administration preferred.
· Seven plus (7+) years’ executive experience in a healthcare setting, Business Consulting: 2 years (preferred) with Three plus (3+) years of progressive leadership experience overseeing activities of Organizational Management, Business Metrics and Data Collection, Strategic Planning Processes, Trend Analysis and Forecasting.
- Comfort and experience in Microsoft Excel and Power point.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex information to diverse audiences, Broad strategic thinker, with clear vision and direction.
- Strong proficiency in data analysis tools, excel, experience with eClinicalWorks a plus, must have experience with a large EMR system.

Pay: $45,243.58 - $85,000.00 per year
