As a Customer Service Representative you will need to actively engage with local communities and inspire the public to support our non-profit partners. Our main goal is to allow our client’s brand awareness to become evident and generate new sales opportunities in monetary donations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Daily engagement with customers at organized in-person events (we run face to face organized events at local stores and gatherings *NOT BUSINESS TO BUSINESS OR DOOR TO DOOR*)
- We strictly run all of our promotions at small local partnerships
- Organize, flourish, and carry on positive relationships with community members
- Customer acquisition on behalf of our non-profit partners for on-going support
- Be able to follow our company’s core values (honesty, communication, strong work ethic, etc)
Skills and Requirements
- Customer service (Friendly, Relatable, Charismatic, etc.)
- Be willing to travel and work outdoors with the team when weather permits
- Excellent communication skills
- Professional and positive attitude
- An outgoing, friendly personality, and a desire to meet new people
- Experience in retail sales or customer service is a plus as well as hospitality
Pay Structure
- Base with uncapped commission
- Bonus Incentives (Training bonus for the first two weeks, advancement bonus, holiday pay, etc.)

- AN AVERAGE OF 38K-65K ANNUALLY BASED ON YOUR EFFORTS
