Manufacture parts to meet customer orders by being able to operate multiple pieces of equipment and read engineering print

Accept assigned jobs and complete them within the allocated time

Ensure equipment is in proper working order at beginning of shift or when starting a new job

Notify Production Lead of any issues with materials or equipment

Document any scrap creation and assist with determination of reason for scrap

Assists maintenance personnel in with any maintenance work on production equipment

Any other tasks as assigned by Production Lead
QUALIFICATIONS:
The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill and/or ability required. Equivalent combinations of education and experience may be substituted for the expected levels of education and experience required.
Education and/or Experience:
Expected: Six months to one year related experience and/or training.
Communication Skills:

Must be able to read, write and comprehend the English language.
Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals.

Corrected vision and dexterous use of both hands.

Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds.

Ability to apply commonsense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral or diagram form.
- Ability to deal with problems involving several concrete variables in standardized situations.

This is strenuous work requiring good corrected vision, balance, standing continuously for periods of up to 5 hours, and repetitive stooping, kneeling, reaching, pinching and lifting.
