Main Responsibilities:
- Confirming and onboarding new patients
- Warmly welcoming patients
- Coordinating sleep tests
- Preparing therapy deliveries
- Maintaining detailed patient records
- Verifying insurance coverage and following up with physician authorizations
- Managing your office’s schedule
