Job Overview:
We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Person to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong mechanical background and the ability to perform a variety of maintenance tasks.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct routine inspections of premises and equipment
- Perform preventative maintenance tasks
- Troubleshoot issues with equipment and systems
- Repair or replace defective parts
- Fabricate parts when needed
- Supervise and coordinate contractors when necessary
- Maintain accurate maintenance records
Experience:
- Experience with welding and fabrication
- Ability to read and interpret schematics and logic controllers
- Strong mechanical knowledge
- Proficiency in maintaining Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS)
- Electrical knowledge is a plus
- Customer service skills for interacting with internal teams and external vendors
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $17.00 - $20.00 per hour
Expected hours: 30 – 40 per week
