We are seeking a Customer Service Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients.
Duties:
- Communicate with customers face to face to assist with inquiries, orders, and issue resolution.
- Analyze customer needs and recommend products or services that best fit their requirements.
- Maintain a high level of professionalism and integrity at all times.
- Handle sales inquiries and process orders accurately.
- Resolve customer complaints promptly and professionally.
- In-person consultations to ensure customer satisfaction.
Requirements:
- Excellent communication skills in English; proficiency in Spanish or other languages is a plus.
- Prior experience in customer service is preferred but not required.
- Strong analytical skills to understand customer needs and recommend appropriate solutions.
- Ability to work well in a team-oriented environment and multitask effectively.
- Must have a positive attitude and be customer-oriented.
