LeadingAge Colorado is the leading voice of senior living and care providers, supporting members with essential legislative and regulatory advocacy and opportunities to connect, collaborate, and have an impact on the field of aging services and community. LeadingAge Colorado’s membership is comprised of Assisted Living Communities, Life Plan Communities (LPC), Home and Community Based Services (HCBS), Independent Living and Senior Housing, Nursing Facilities, Adult Day Services (ADS) and the Program of All-Inclusive Care for the Elderly (PACE).
LeadingAge Colorado’s Board of Directors is seeking a visionary leader for the President/CEO role to direct the strategic priorities of the association. The President/CEO establishes proactive, collaborative relationships with state and federal legislators, regulators, public officials, agencies and other key stakeholders to advocate for its members. The President/CEO engages its members with best practices and innovations to raise the overall quality of aging services, advance research and support educational opportunities.
Qualified candidates should possess executive-level experience and a proven track record in aging services, healthcare trade association, and/or the public sector. Candidates should have a deep knowledge and understanding of the challenges facing healthcare and senior living and have a demonstrated ability to set and implement a strategic vision for the association. Experience with public policy advocacy programs and the state and/or federal level is preferred.

Pay: $130,000.00 - $175,000.00 per year
