The successful candidate must be proficient in all aspects of the title insurance industry, highly organized and be able to provide outstanding client service.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Taking & processing applications;
- Ordering and following up on all abstracts and municipal searches;
- Compilation of title reports;
- Locating & ordering surveys;
- Working with our vendors and sales representatives and
EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS:
- Must have (3) years of title insurance experience
- Ability to communicate effectively both orally and in writing, in person and by telephone
- Ability to multitask, think and act quickly, meet deadlines, and maintain a professional demeanor in a busy office environment
- Must be well versed in all aspects of title related work
- Knowledge of computers and relevant software application
- Must have high school diploma or equivalent
