Pathways, Inc., a leader in behavioral health services in Southern Maryland, is currently seeking qualified applicants for a key Administrative Assistant position. This full-time position will work in our main office complex located in Hollywood, MD. The selected candidate will perform various complex and confidential non-exempt administrative support tasks for staff for the entire organization. Primary duties are to serve as the initial point of contact for visitors to our office; act as a technical expert for staff in the use of office equipment and computer applications; provide administrative support in the human resource and operational management functions.
The preferred candidate will have strong computer skills related to MS Office (including PowerPoint, Excel, SharePoint and Adobe), excellent organizational and time management skills, the ability to multi-task, and strong communication and customer service skills. Two to three years of related administrative experience preferred.
Requirements:
High School diploma or equivalent required.
One year of non-exempt administrative experience required.
Valid driver’s license with a driving record that is deemed insurable by the organization’s automobile liability insurance carrier

Pay range: 40 to 42k
