Our team is in need of an entry-level Verizon Customer Service Representative to help with our branding and sales consulting initiatives.

Responsibilities of the entry-level Verizon Customer Service Representative:
- Prepare presentations and product information to utilize during the sales process and articulate it with customers, entry-level team members, and upper-level management
- Identify any sales prospects while communicating with customers and upsell products when appropriate
- Maintain relationships with current and new customer accounts in a professional manner
- Develop strategic sales plans for each customer to support product expansion and heightened customer retention
- Attend training sessions with other entry-level Verizon Customer Service Representative team members and upper management to better understand client brand representative and sales expectations

Qualifications for an entry-level Verizon Customer Service Representative:
- A High School Diploma or equivalent is required
- 1-2+ years of experience in Customer Service, Hospitality, Sales, Marketing, or a related field recommended
- Wireless / Telecommunications and/or knowledge is preferred
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $42,000.00 - $52,000.00 per year
