SUMMARY
The Senior Network Administrator role is responsible for maintaining the Network and Telecommunications infrastructure, which includes the routers, switches, and firewalls, with supporting responsibility of phone systems, voicemail and communications (call) manager. This role participates in disaster discussions and scenario testing to scrutinize recovery methods and look for improvements. This role performs, as needed, physical equipment installation, removal, upgrades, and performance monitoring. This role collaborates with the Information Security Team in the overall secure administration of these systems. This role will assist in developing and implementing architecture strategies to accommodate current and future organizational needs.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
We are seeking a Senior Network Administrator with expertise in Fortinet and Cisco Systems technologies to join our team. You will maintain current infrastructure and implement our software-defined wide area network (SD-WAN) infrastructure, leveraging Fortinet solutions.
· Deploy, configure, and maintain Fortinet SD-WAN devices across all locations and establish secure connectivity to managed data centers.
· Develop and maintain network diagrams and documentation for SD-WAN deployments.
· Monitor and troubleshoot SD-WAN connectivity and performance issues.
· Implement security features and protocols within the SD-WAN environment, leveraging Fortinet security solutions to protect against threats and vulnerabilities.
· Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate SD-WAN solutions with existing network infrastructure, including routers, switches, firewalls, wireless access points, and VPNs.
· Coordinate with third party telecommunication and circuit providers to troubleshoot breakdowns and perform necessary maintenance.
· Conduct testing and validation of SD-WAN configurations to verify functionality, performance, and compatibility with different network environments.
· Responsible for submitting change control requests, providing verbal explanation of potential impacts to the formal Change Advisory Board (CAB), and receiving approvals prior to implementing any changes on the network and telecommunication infrastructure.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
These specifications are guidelines based on the minimum experience required to perform the essential functions of the job. Individual abilities may result in some deviation from these guidelines:
· Bachelor’s degree in a Technology related discipline, or experience in lieu of degree.
· Certification preferred, or experience in lieu certification. (Fortinet and/or Cisco Certified Professional
· A strong background in network engineering, with proven experience and success with enterprise-level LAN, WAN, and SD-WAN, with a focus on Fortinet SD-WAN technologies.
· Experience with IDF Rack and Stack installations and experience with cabling and cable dressing.
· Comfortable with performing physical equipment installations and doing software upgrades relating to network.
· Proven experience with network security principles, and general network management best practices
· Hands-on experience with Fortinet SD-WAN (FortiGate Secure SD-WAN)
· Hands-on experience with Cisco routers, switches, and firewalls
· Knowledge of SND (software-defined networking) principles and technologies, including ZTNA.
· Excellent organizational and time management skills.
· Ability to deal with complex problems involving multiple facets and variables in non-standardized situations.
· Flexible work schedules, occasional evening and weekend work as needed. On-call availability for emergency issues.
· Completes assigned tasks correctly and on time; supports the Bank’s goals and values; benefits the Bank through outside activities.
· Ability to work with no supervision while performing duties.
· Valid driver’s license and a vehicle with appropriate insurance coverage
Preferred, but not required:
· Working knowledge of Bank operations
· Experience with Cisco voice (CUCM, UNITY, and CCX) technologies.

Pay: $103,000.00 - $148,000.00 per year
