ABOUT THE ROLE & TEAM:
The Global Events and Travel team at TelevisaUnivision is looking for Global Travel Support Associate to join our team on a basis.
In this role, you will be responsible for providing first-class service to our TU Business Partners and clients, assisting them with travel bookings, itineraries, and troubleshooting any issues that arise during their travel. You will also be responsible for fielding Hospitality Requests across TU which include the “Let’s Eat” Portal and any other Ad Hoc Requests and reports. This position reports to the Sr. Manager, Global Corporate Travel.
ABOUT YOU:
You are detail-oriented and customer-focused. No challenge is too large because you are accustomed to working in a fast-paced environment covering a high volume of events.
YOUR DAY-DAY:
- Provide exceptional customer service by handling all travel-related inquiries.
- Assist partners in planning and booking travel arrangements (air, hotel, car, etc.).
- Create, update, and manage travel itineraries.
- Handle and resolve travel emergencies or changes effectively.
- Stay updated on travel advisories, restrictions, and guidelines to assist clients in making informed decisions.
- Maintain strong relationships with vendors and partners.
- Support Head of Travel as needed.
- Provide dashboard reports to SLT
- Work collaboratively with team members to ensure seamless travel support.
YOU HAVE:
- High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- 5+ years of experience in the travel or customer service industry.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
- Proficiency in travel booking software, Concur and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
- Knowledge of multiple languages is a plus.
