```Duties:```
- Develop and execute test plans, test cases, and test scripts to validate system functionality and performance
- Fabricate and assemble test fixtures and equipment as needed
- Conduct testing on various hardware components, including ARM processors, FPGAs, and logic controllers
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and troubleshoot issues during testing
- Perform root cause analysis on test failures and provide recommendations for improvement
- Participate in system design reviews to ensure testability and quality requirements are met
- Document test procedures, results, and observations accurately and thoroughly
```Qualifications:```
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or related field
- Strong proficiency in MATLAB/Simulink for modeling and simulation
- Experience with scripting languages such as Python or Bash
- Knowledge of mechanical engineering principles for designing test fixtures
- Familiarity with FPGA development tools and programming languages
- Ability to analyze complex systems and perform root cause analysis
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
