Feel more comfortable using your own, no problem, we can provide you access to our Virtual Desktop Infrastructure (VDI). Your PC must have a minimum of 6GB of RAM, dual monitors, and a headset with microphone. Device operating system can be Windows or macOS
JOB SKILLS
Provides first line end-user technical support via phone and email.
Provides desktop and laptop end-user support.
Provides support for Microsoft Office and other common desktop software packages (Adobe, Java, etc.).
Escalation point for external and internal support issues.
Assist in the development and maintaining key performance indicators and reports that will assist in improving response times and 1st call resolution on IT requests.
JOB QUALIFICATIONS
1-3 years of Technical Support experience.
High School diploma (or equivalent) and willingness to learn through on-the-job experience.
Intermediate knowledge of desktop operating systems and configurations (Win7, Win10, etc.)
Basic knowledge of administering server operating systems (Windows)
Basic level knowledge of Active Directory administration.
Intermediate level knowledge of productivity software (Office, Outlook, etc.)
