Administrative Assistant, Bookkeeper for a fast-paced, growing beauty and fragrance retailer company.
JOB DESCRIPTION
Candidate will provide support to the managing team by carrying out multiple daily tasks, including all accounting and record keeping functions of the organization. Candidate must have experienced in QuickBooks and Microsoft Excel, be able to multi-task, work in a fast paced environment.
DUTIES
Duties include but not limited to the following:
- Reconcile bank statements
- Data entry
- Enter and pay bills
- Payroll
- Manage credit card accounts and payment discrepancies.
- Assist with accounting projects
- Maintaining company files.
- Following up on open balances.
- Assist with financial reporting.
- Must be able to find solutions to arising issues.
REQUIREMENTS
- Ability to multi-task and work efficiently.
- Quickbooks (2 Years+).
- Microsoft Excel (2 Years+).
- Basic understanding of financial reporting
- Sense of urgency to meet deadlines
- Bilingual English, Spanish.
This is a full-time permanent position.
