Responsibilities:
- Manage the kitchen and food preparation staff.
- Manage the restaurant floor.
- Analyze restaurant sales data.
- Train new employees.
- Manage inventory of food items and supplies.
- Greet customers and make recommendations for food, drinks, and dining experience.
- Deal with difficult customers professionally.
- Hire and train new employees.

Pay: $74,686.00 - $79,284.00 per year
