This position will have responsibility for supporting the stable operation of the IT infrastructure including servers, workstations, and network devices. This role involves a blend of systems administration, software engineering, and cybersecurity tasks, requiring a broad technical skill set to support and optimize the company's technology environment. Duties and responsibilities include:

Monitors, analyzes, and troubleshoots all aspects of the IT infrastructure (e.g., servers, workstations, software, network devices, etc.)

Supports the cybersecurity function in conjunction with security management vendor

Supports technical audits by developing core documentation

Supports the disaster recover process
-
Provides expertise and support to IT technicians/helpdesk

Responds to and resolves critical incident tickets and issues and works collaboratively with users to resolve
Minimum Requirements:
-
This position requires a minimum of three years of broad experience supporting IT/network infrastructure and cybersecurity.
- Education: Technical degree or equivalent work experience/training and certification

Must be 18 or older and able to pass Drug Screening and Criminal Background Check
Additional requirements include the following:

Extensive knowledge of system administration principles and best practices, particularly in Microsoft Windows environments

Knowledge of network design principals and concepts, including LAN/WAN architecture

Strong understanding of cybersecurity practices and compliance standards

Experience with virtualization technologies (HyperV, VMWare ESXi)

Knowledge of scripting languages (e.g. PowerShell, Batch, Bash or similar)

Knowledge of providing IT support to remote employees

Knowledge of IT infrastructure tools such as ITGlue, Autotask, RMM

Skill in organizing and prioritizing tasks and activities

Strong verbal and written communication skills

Skill in creating technical and non-technical documentation

Ability to work collaboratively with all levels of personnel

Eagerness to learn and ability to adapt to changing environments

Ability to effectively communicate technical information to non-technical personnel
