Job Description
Company import and sell outdoor motion activated camera products and other related products. The job position is providing technical support and retail sales to customers by performing the following duties.
Major Responsibilities::
· Serves customers by providing product and service information and resolving product and service problems..
· Resolves product or service problems by clarifying the customer’s complaint, determining the cause of the problem, selecting and explaining the best solution to solve the problem, expediting correction or adjustment, and following up to ensure resolution.
· Perform products configuration. Open/Maintain customer accounts
· Provide product training to customers.
· Occasionally help with preparing products for shipment.
· Perform light lifting 25lbs.
The ideal candidate will also possess the following skills:
· Excellent communication (oral and written), interpersonal, organizational, and presentation skills.
· Able to work independently and efficiently to meet deadlines.
· Able to promptly answer support related email, phone calls, and other electronic communications.
· Self-motivated, detail-oriented and organized.
Education and/or Experience:
College student or 1+ years experience in customer service related field.
Training Available. Entry Level Available.
Office work hours:
Monday-Friday, 8:30 AM - 6:30 PM
Hiring for shift Hours:
9:30AM - 6:30PM
No Night Shift, Weekends Off
