CARDS Holdings Inc. is looking for a future manager to join us as Manager-in-Training!
As a Manager in Training you will:

Receive training and perform duties in multiple aspects of the business such as transportation, repairs, safety, marketing, customer service and more.

Learn facility-level staff functions, operations, management viewpoints, and company policies and practices that affect each phase of business.

Define and work toward performance and learning goals with upper management.

Work with other employees to acquire knowledge of methods, procedures, and standards required for the performance of job duties.

Receive training in functions and operations of related departments to facilitate subsequent transferability between departments and to provide greater promotional opportunities.
Qualifications:

Self-starter mentality and ambitious in nature

Excellent communications skills

Desire to learn a business from the ground up and aspire to a management position

Ability to solve problems and implement solutions in a variety of situations

Ability to prioritize and effectively multi-task in a fast-paced environment

Available to work flexible hours and weekends including overtime as needed

Stable job history reflective of a high level of professionalism

Willingness to relocate in 6-12 months
You will remain in this position for 6 – 12 months and upon successful completion of your training, you will be promoted to supervisor and be required to relocate to another work location. CARDS Holdings has facilities in Arkansas, Missouri, Kansas, Oklahoma and Texas.
