About the opportunity:
Two Tech is searching for self-motivated professionals with experience in disability and workforce policy and programs to support current and emerging work across a number of areas related to technical assistance, training and evaluation. The position will work with lead staff in tasks and drive solutions for our key stakeholder's most challenging problems.

Essential Functions of this Position:
- Will require collaboration and coordination with TwoTech’s customer personnel, and other stakeholder personnel to elicit their expertise and input to ensure the accuracy and standardization of all training and technical assistance materials and resources.
- Expected to deliver accurate, high-quality technical assistance and have a customer centric business approach to delivering technical assistance. Must be comfortable working with web-based media platform(s) and virtual delivery platforms (i.e., Zoom, MS Teams, Adobe Connect).
- Requires intermediate or advanced proficiency in using standard desktop applications, including the ability to produce documents and presentations using MS Office applications and other applications to ensure that all materials are created professionally and compliant with 508 Compliance Requirements.
- Serve as a subject matter expert on workforce development issues and policies impacting persons with disabilities who are seeking employment, skill development, job retention assistance, or career advancement through the One-Stop Career Center system.
- Designs and develops technical assistance resources, training modules, white papers and other related documents.
Position Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university
- At least five years of customer focus technical assistance in the area of workforce innovation opportunity act, career one-stop services, and a working knowledge of Americans Disability Act (ADA)
Experience:
- Workforce Innovation Opportunity Act (WIOA) programs and disability programs that ensures the inclusiveness of job seekers with disabilities.
- Technical assistance principles and resource development and delivery of customer centric business approach
- Excellent written and oral communication skills, including an ability to explain observations and findings to diverse stakeholder audiences including program administrators, policymakers, and grant recipients
- Strong organizational skills and high level of attention to detail; flexibility to lead and manage multiple priorities, sometimes simultaneously, under deadlines.
- Demonstrates an aptitude for proactive problem-solving.
- Illustrates a high level of organization and attention to detail.
- Ability to perform research and provide written analysis
- Use logic and reasoning to identify the strengths and weaknesses of alternative solutions or approaches to problems.
- Provide comprehensive, accurate and timely technical assistance addressing challenges and other areas of concern.

Pay: $90,000.00 - $105,000.00 per year
