Retail Associate & Order Fulfillment Coordinator:
Loren Hope (lorenhope.com) is seeking a personable, motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team! We design and produce luxury costume jewelry in Rhode Island. We have a beautiful storefront/office in Newport and a thriving website. If you’ve got great customer service and organizational skills and are looking to grow in a busy, creative environment, we’d love to hear from you!
Responsibilities include:
- Welcome and engage with customers as they enter and shop the store
- Answer basic questions about the Loren Hope brand and products
- Work with a tablet/register to process payments
- Recommend items to customers and assist with try-ons and decision-making
- Sanitize pieces after try-ons
- Open and close the store
- Wipe down surfaces and glass display cases
- Fold boxes and tissue paper for web orders
- Package merchandise for web orders
- Generate shipping labels for web orders
- Keep packing area clean and organized
- Alert management when packing supplies get low and need to be restocked
- Professionally represent Loren Hope at all times
- Display strong product knowledge
- Provide excellent customer service
- Assist with other administrative and production-related tasks as needed
We have full & part time positions available. Currently open Monday-Friday 10:00am-5:00pm; Saturday 11:00am-5:00pm and Sunday 12:00pm-4:00pm.
