Positions: Hospital Food Service Director
Location: Baltimore MD (Relocation Assistance Available)
Salary: Negotiable 90-100K
This position requires extensive background in Hospital Cafe Operations, Retail, Patient Services and Catering.
Metz Culinary Management is growing and we have an exciting opportunity for an experienced General Manager/ Food Service Director in our Healthcare Division in a busy hospital setting.
The General Manager has an overall responsibility of food service. He/she institutes company cycle menus and recipes; plans and oversees purchasing, employee personnel programs, scheduling, bookkeeping, customer and client relations; overseas the food preparation service and sanitation; and is accountable for the total operation results. The General Manager reports to Administration and The District Manager.
Requirements and Responsibilities
· Front and Back of house Management Experience in a Contract Dining Services setting
· Patient Food Service/Room Service
· Acute Healthcare / Hospital setting preferred
· Food Service Production
· Experienced managing in a Union environment
· Manage Staff
· Direct Sanitation and Safety
· Train Supervisors
· Human Resources functions, Hire, Terminate, Performance Reports, Payroll, Scheduling
· Inventory and Ordering
· Managing a Budget

Pay: $90,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
