POSITION SUMMARY:
The Warehouse Lead is primarily responsible for the following duties: provide direction and support for all facets of the warehouse operation to include but not limited to receiving, kitting, inventory control and storage. Coordinate area workflow to ensure internal and external requests are met. Work closely with the AGT management group (both in the USA & Australia), direct reports, and other staff to ensure that operations requirements and goals are met and that there is strong communication between departments.
The Warehouse Lead must have a background in warehouse and receiving environments. They must provide direction and support for all warehouse activities and inventory control. The Warehouse Lead must maintain a constant focus on continuous improvement of the operations under their control as well as keeping operations management informed.
POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES:
Essential Duties and Responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:

Ensures and verifies the timely receipt of incoming material shipments and transactions completed in Pronto MRP.

Ensures all material in the warehouse are stored thru bin and or bulk locations and labeled properly and maintained in Pronto MRP

Ensure warehouse is functional in its layout and capacity to support operations and maintenance

Leads the staging and kitting of material to support scheduled work orders provided by shop floor control.

Assists in all cycle count activities

Monitors both export and receiving of all RMA materials

Maintains the daily organization and operations of the warehouse

Ensures and maintains a clean and well-organized warehouse

Responsible to train and develop a strong warehouse team

Improve process controls, including order fulfilment, spare parts support, incoming and outgoing, conformance inspection, new product introduction and RMA material.

Accurately manage and control inventory

Ensure personnel are trained on forklift operation as well as train personnel on the proper use of equipment.

Ensure coverage is provided during holidays and weekends as needed to meet business objectives.

Provide status and reports as needed

Ensure equipment is maintained and serviced at regular intervals
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE:
Some college coursework or equivalent
Must have or be able to obtain forklift certification
5+ years shipping and receiving experience
5+ years in warehouse operations experience
KNOWLEDGE & SKILLS:

Experience with receiving and shipping

Experience with cycle counting

Independent self-starter with positive attitude

Experience working with ERP/MRP systems
Successful candidate must be able to obtain and maintain a Nevada Gaming License.
