We are seeking an accomplished and result-driven professional to serve as a C4i Program Director. The position demands a seasoned leader with extensive experience in technical, program and project management, knowledge management, IT service management and operational management. Willing to be relocated in Morrocco.
Responsibilities
- Manage Large, complex contracts and large-scale technical portfolios, programs and projects.
- Direct and oversee all phases of C4i programs and projects, ensuring they meet scope, schedule, and budget requirements.
- Build and lead high performance cross- functional, multi-geographical distributed teams
- Provide mentorship and professional development opportunities for team members.
- Oversee IT service management, infrastructure and operations to support
- Government Systems, Cyber and C6iSR operations
- Implement and manage operational workflows to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
- Ensure compliance with relevant standards (EIA/TIA, ANSI, NEC, BICSI) and regulatory requirements (ITAR/EAR/FCPA).
- Lead business development efforts, including RFP/RFI response and proposal development.
- Develop and maintain relationships with key industry partners, prime contractors, subcontractors, and vendors.
- Drive strategic initiatives to secure new business opportunities and expand existing contracts.
- Develop and implement long-range goals and strategies for the C4i program.
- Provide oversight for budget development, financial analysis, and fiscal performance.
- Ensure the alignment of program objectives with organizational goals and client needs.
- Stay up to date with emerging technologies and trends in the C4iSR and C5iSR domain.
- Other tasks assigned by HgP.
Requirements
- Active Top-Secret Clearance
- Degree in Engineering and experience or related field. Advance degree preferred.
- 20+ years of experience in technical, System integration, Cyber, C6iSR Operations domain, IT service management.
- 20+ years in Program and Project Management particularly within government systems and defense sectors.
- Experience with system engineering processes including requirements analysis, system design, integration, testing and documentation.
- Proficient in system integration tools, methodologies, frameworks and standards
- Strong Technical, organizational, analytical, problem-solving, communication and customer relationship management skills.
- Must be willing to travel CONUS/OCONUS.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Should be able to lead projects & team.
