Orthopedic Medical Equipment Company offering a full-time entry level opportunity. We are seeking a select individual to manage orthopedic patient care/service requirements throughout the Southwest Chicagoland region. We are looking for a strong team player with high energy and a flexible nature. Compensation package includes competitive hourly wage and benefits package to include medical, dental, vision, and 401(k) plan.
Responsibilities include:
· Application and fitting of medical equipment following orthopedic surgery in the patient’s home or in the hospital setting
· Educating patients on the features, benefits, and operations of the equipment
· Securing patient consent signatures
· Coordination of equipment pick-ups and managing equipment inventory
· Managing service records within patient management software
· Maintain cleanliness of equipment between patient use
Qualifications:
· Strong communication skills
· Outgoing, courteous, genuine, and approachable
· Self-confident and mature with a positive attitude and approach to work
· Capable of lifting 35 pounds
· Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation required.
