Customer Service Representative

Responsibilities:
-You will be responsible for helping customers by providing product and service information and resolving system issues.
-This is a customer facing role focused on customer acquisition, retention and account management.
-Following the subsequent training, representatives will be responsible for leading, training and developing newly hired employees.
-Recruiting, training, coaching, and managing marketing teams to meet objectives.
