Public Safety Officer
Duties:
- Monitor and operate CCTV systems to ensure the safety and security of the premises
- Conduct regular patrols of the facility to deter and detect any suspicious activity
- Respond promptly to emergency situations, including medical emergencies, fires, and security breaches
- Enforce company policies and procedures to maintain a safe and secure environment
- Provide excellent customer service by assisting visitors and employees with any questions or concerns
- Collaborate with local law enforcement agencies as needed
- Complete detailed incident reports and maintain accurate records of all activities
Skills:
- Strong observational skills and attention to detail
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to remain calm and composed in high-pressure situations
- Knowledge of security protocols and procedures
- Proficient in operating CCTV systems and other security equipment
- Basic knowledge of first aid and emergency response procedures
