The Manager CRM, Personalization & Loyalty will play a critical role in delivering our ambitious growth plans for our portfolio of Direct-To-Consumer brands. He or she will be responsible for developing personalized lifecycle journeys across multiple touchpoints that drive repeat purchase and deepen customers’ relationships with each brand. This role will report to our Senior Manager of CRM and will be based in New York.
THE ROLE
Roles & Responsibilities :
Work with and on behalf of DTC teams to devise and execute optimal customer communication plans, including email/SMS triggers and content-focused messaging, personalized site experiences and digital media initiatives
Continue to build burgeoning loyalty programs; drive growth and engagement among new and existing customers via targeted marketing efforts
Project manage the integration of new CRM/Loyalty partners and platforms for each of the DTC teams
Grow customer database; optimize data capture where relevant, conduct continual data hygiene and execute ongoing re-engagement initiatives
Identify data-driven, actionable customer insights that can be applied across the business to drive repeat purchase, order value and loyalty
Report on channel, campaign, creative, and test performance
Support overall Growth and Data/Analytics teams to build/utilize priority customer segments
Monitor & capitalize on emerging channels and trends where appropriate
QUALIFICATIONS
2-4 years+ of experience within CRM capacity within the DTC space
Experience in driving strategy across customer journey, including tactical execution of email, SMS and lifecycle touchpoints
Highly analytical: able to distill and communicate customer insights
Familiarity with key CRM metrics and the role of first party data
Experience with project management; able to build out tactical plans/timelines, determine milestones, drive efficient and effective execution and communicate progress with key stakeholders
Collaborative & influential: able to develop strong working relationships with brand teams, tech teams, finance teams, external partners etc
Action-oriented and moves quickly to get things done
Proficiency in analytics, channel/media and customer data platforms, e.g. Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, Adobe Campaign, Adobe Experience Manager, Kenshoo, Klaviyo, Yotpo, Shopify, etc.
A plus - experience with paid channels, including Direct Mail, Paid Social, Programmatic Display, Video, TV, OTT, Audio/Podcast, Paid Search, Affiliates
Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, economics or related field preferred

Base Salary Range: $120,000-$124,000 + bonus
