Job Overview:
As a Quill Room Mixologist, you will play a vital role in the Hotel by crafting an extensive range of beverages and overseeing food service. Your responsibilities will include maintaining accurate orders, interacting with guests to ensure a seamless and exceptional experience, and upholding the standards of the establishment.
Key Responsibilities:

Welcome guests warmly upon their arrival and create a hospitable atmosphere.

Develop a deep understanding of the menu offerings, including ingredients, preparation methods, and special features.

Provide knowledgeable recommendations and suggestions to enhance the guest's dining and drinking experience.

Take orders accurately and promptly, including accommodating special requests or dietary restrictions.

Double-check orders before serving to ensure accuracy and completeness.

Serve beverages efficiently and promptly, ensuring proper presentation and adherence to service standards.

Offer attentive and personalized service throughout the visit, promptly addressing guest needs.

Ensure responsible alcohol service and adhere to legal drinking age regulations.

Maintain the cleanliness, organization, and proper setup of the bar area with appropriate tableware, glassware, and utensils.

Promote daily specials, seasonal offerings, and promotions to guests, enhancing their experience and potentially increasing revenue.

Collaborate effectively with kitchen staff, servers, hosts, and other team members to ensure smooth coordination of food and beverage service.

Communicate effectively to ensure accurate fulfillment of guest requests and modifications.

Anticipate guest needs and preferences to deliver a personalized and memorable experience.

Handle guest concerns professionally and escalate issues as necessary to ensure guest satisfaction.

Maintain a clean and sanitary work environment, including regular sanitation of tables, chairs, and dining areas.

Adhere to food safety and hygiene standards to ensure the well-being of guests.
Education & Qualifications:

High school diploma or GED equivalency.

Minimum of three (3) years of related hospitality and service experience.

Active TABC and Food Handler’s certification.

Must be at least 18 years old.

Must be authorized to work in the United States.
