Job Summary: As a Technical Support Specialist, you will provide technical assistance in a prompt and professional manner to our customers over the phone, via email and in person. Customer service will be a main focus, but you will still be responsible for knowledge of company procedures in hardware, software, networking, Windows, and ticket management. This position is an In-Office role.
RESPONSIBILITIES:

Handle customer technical support cases through phone and email submission.

Install & configure point of sale software, integrating credit card software and point of sale peripheral hardware devices.

Improve existing programs by evaluating objectives and specifications, reviewing proposed changes and making recommendations.

Maintain system functionality by testing computer components.

Maintain client confidence by keeping their information confidential.

Prepare reference material for users by drafting operation instructions.
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:
High School Education.
1+ years’ experience in hardware and software troubleshooting & resolution.
Hospitality/Restaurant/Retail experience a PLUS.
Windows Troubleshooting & Familiarity.
Android Troubleshooting & Familiarity.
Basic networking knowledge.
Debugging IT infrastructure or software issues.
Microsoft Office experience.
Strong ability to learn.
Ability to work flexible hours and/or shifts.
PREFERRED REQUIREMENTS:
CRM experience.
Strong interpersonal skills.
Excellent verbal and written skills.
Ability to multitask.
Strong organizational skills.
Outstanding work ethic.
Bilingual a PLUS (English and Spanish/Vietnamese/Chinese/Korean/French).
Compensation & Benefits:
Compensation pay rate: $18 - $20
