YOUR ROLE AS A TAZIKI’S CATERING OFFICE REPRESENTATIVE:

Provide the best customer service and experience
-
Build confidence and rapport with customers resulting in repeat business and referrals
-
Track catering issues and follow up with customers as needed
-
Perform call-in order entry, monitor calls, input third-party orders, and ensure proper catering delivery scheduling
-
Troubleshoot office issues and/or technical difficulties
-
Handle any reconciliations
-
Provide Best in class regarding customer service, product knowledge, and service provided to customers
-
Upkeep and maintenance of all call center equipment including but not limited to phones, computers, and office supplies
-
Efficiently handle a high volume of incoming calls
-
Make recommendations and use suggestive selling, with the goal of successfully fulfilling the customer’s catering order
-
Maximize store delivery schedules for efficiency and profitability
-
Communicate directly with Taziki’s locations
THE IDEAL TEAM MEMBER:
-
Must be 18 years of age
-
An associate degree or above is preferred but experience can serve as a substitute
-
At least 1 year of experience in a call center environment and or restaurant operations
-
Proficient knowledge working with GoogleSuite Products
-
Strong work ethic, and desire to exceed our guest’s expectations
-
Energetic
-
Leadership, guest service, and verbal communication skills with guests / team members
-
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, balancing multiple tasks and priorities

Demonstrate sound decision making and problem solving skills

Must be self-motivated, self-initiated and team-oriented

YOUR WORKING CONDITIONS/HOURS:

Monday – Friday; some weekends required
