Responsibilities:
- Take food and drink orders from customers and enter them into the POS system
- Serve food and beverages to customers in a timely and efficient manner
- Ensure accuracy in order delivery and address any customer concerns or special requests
- Clear and clean tables after customers have finished their meals
- Assist with basic food preparation tasks in the kitchen, such as assembling salads or desserts
- Handle cash transactions, including operating a cash register and processing payments
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in the dining area and workstations
- Provide excellent customer service and build positive relationships with guests
Qualifications:
- Previous experience as a server or in the hospitality industry is preferred but not required
- Basic math skills for handling cash transactions and calculating bills
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
- Strong communication skills to interact with customers and team members
- Knowledge of food safety regulations and ability to follow proper sanitation procedures
- Flexibility to work weekends, and holidays as required
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $2.13 - $2.14 per hour
Expected hours: 8 – 30 per week
