How would you contribute?
As an The Application Support Specialist will support manufacturing and business users with business application s with a specific focus on the ERP software, DelmiaWorks. This role will function primarily as a support pillar – helping to troubleshoot user and system issues, coordinate with vendor support, and assist with user questions or training. In addition, they will support technical teams to fix or enhance ERP modules, Crystal/Reporting forms, train users on new processes, and test new software releases.
Essential Duties:
- Provide technical support for applications, specifically, ERP system, using appropriate triaging measures based on company ticketing systems.
- Troubleshoot and research ERP platform issues and document solutions in company knowledge bases.
- Coordinate and escalate complex situations with ERP vendor support or internal technical staff as needed based on SOP’s.
- Create, change, and/or enhance ERP Crystal forms and business reports while working collaboratively with internal technology teams.
- Work with internal business and technical teams on testing new releases and updates to current software.
- Administer EDI documents and work with business trading and translation partners to stand up new EDI transactions, troubleshoot EDI stoppages, and coordinate testing.
- Work with analyst teams on software improvement opportunities, process testing, and documenting procedures.
- Remain current and abreast of changes made to the software and technology.
- Other duties as assigned.

- Bachelor’s Degree or similar combination of education and experience.
- Experience providing enterprise application and technical support in a manufacturing environment is preferred.
- Thorough understanding of large enterprise platforms and integrations.
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience in providing ERP support, preferably with IQMS.
- Experience with Crystal Reports and SQL query language is preferred.
- Must be able to translate technical requirements to non-technical personnel.
- Capability to solve complex problems, utilizing strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
- Model a collaborative style with the ability to build partnerships.
- Excellent verbal and written communications skills.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and consultative approach; tactful in dealing with people at all levels.
- Strong sense of urgency, self-motivated and positive.
- Flexible and adaptable; able to work in ambiguous situations.
